| 摘 要： | 民国时期,随着国内图书馆事业的发展,图书馆的法规建设也逐步开展起来。当时的国民政府颁布了《图书馆规程》等一系列法规,极大地推动了民国时期的图书馆事业发展。这些法规对于当代图书馆工作仍然具有现实的意义和价值。
