原创型动画设计人才培养方法的研究

本文提出原创型动画设计人才培养方法的设计与实施，从不同的阶段、不同的手法深入研究原创型动画设计人才培养方式。不但让学生提高了设计造型的创意能力，熟练掌握动画片制作的完整过程，解决学生的实践问题，而且带领学生从动画的技术和形式上开辟创新点，有效提高学生的实际动手能力、创新能力和团队协作能力。立足培养原创型动画设计人才模式的探索和实施，与行业接轨，与职业分工对应，使教学、研究、实践一体化，创造一个培养社会迫切需求的原创型动画设计人才，对高等院校的动画设计人才教育改革作一个创新性的、有效的探索与尝试。

Research on the Cultivated Methods of Original Animation Design Talents

This paper presents the design and implementation of the cultivated methods in original animation design talents,and deeply studies the cultivated approaches of original animation design talents with different ways from various stages.It is not only help students to improve the creative ability of modeling,master the whole process of animation production and solve the practical problems of students,but also guide students to break the path of innovation from technology and form of animation,and improve the ability effectively in practice skills,innovation and collaboration groups.Based on the exploration and implementation for cultivating the design talents of the original animation,it is being integrated with the industry,with professional division counterparts,and made the unit of teaching,research,practice,cultivated design talents of original animation and attempted to explore the education reform of animation design talents in higher institution.
