| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》的颁布实施标志着村委选举制度的全面建立与初步完善，但这一制度在选举的组织与指导、选举委员会的组成与职责、候选人的产生、选举的监督等方面还存在一些问题，急待在实践中不断加以完善和改进。
