民国私立大学董事会的外发与内生性因素研究

民国时期的中国教育是在借鉴西方同时代的先进经验基础上获得发展的,私立大学的建立也向美国借鉴了其发达的董事会管理制度。然而民国时期的董事会对于早期美国私立大学董事会既有借鉴也有变异。中国自身教育的发展历史促使私立大学的董事会具有浓重的本土化色彩。反思民国私立大学董事会的外发与内生性因素,有利于思考当今中国的教育管理体制如何转变。

Research of External and Internal Factors of Private University Board

In the period of the Republic of China,the Chinese education developed on the basis of advanced western experience contemporary,the establishment of private university also draws lessons from the advanced management system of the board in the United States.However,the board of the early period of the Republic of China has draw lessons from the board of private university in the United States,but the board of the Republic of China is variant the board of the United States.China’s education development history has brought the strong local color to the board of private university.Reflection on external and internal factors of private university board is conducive to consider how to change the current Chinese education management system.
