摘    要:宋明时期,新儒家中的"理学"、"心学"思想对大学生的心理健康教育有积极的指导作用。"理学"一派中脱离自我的情感以及寻求快乐的情感释放方法,同样适用于大学生的情感处理;而"心学"一派中的"知行合一"观点,知不妄想、行不枉行,对于明辨大学的心理问题、及时实施心理干预具有积极意义。

Abstract:During the period of Song and Ming,the thinking of "idealist philosophy" and "the philosophy of the mind" of new Confucianism has a positive guiding role to college students’ psychological health education.The detachment from the self emotion and the emotional release of seeking pleasure methods of the faction of "idealist philosophy" also applies to the students emotional processing,and the viewpoint of "unity of knowing and doing",knowing but not to delusions,the action of no wasting time of the faction of "the philosophy of the mind" has the positive meaning for the timely implementation of psychological intervention and the distinguished university psychological problems.
