| 摘 要： | 校长的影响需要是校长对学校师生施加影响的初始动机,只有当校长心存影响需要的时候,才能自觉主动地施加自身的影响。在学校管理实践中,校长的影响方式是多种多样的,只有当校长的影响需要及影响方式与学校师生的影响需求相匹配的时候,校长的影响力才能发挥真正的作用。
