Serials Fiscal Control Using a Flat-File Database Management System on a Microcomputer

The use of Q&A for serials fund accounting and for generating related management information is described. Q&A is a flat-file database management system used with IBM compatible microcomputers. The file structures of the accounting system are outlined as are the procedures for obtaining various management reports.
