Inserting the Library into a Broader Campus Planning Process

The execution of a planning process for a library system is not always neat and tidy, particularly if a new dean of library services enters the scene with various processes already under way and immediate problems which must be given priority. This article discusses how the ISU Library staff is trying to mesh its own internal planning process with that of the university planning and program review which has been under way for several years.
