摘    要:实施创新教育,培养具有创新素质的创新型人才已经成为我们时代的一个主旋律。理工科院校作为科技知识的生产者、传播者和技术创新的参与者,它们培养的创新型人才将对我国今后的经济、社会发展产生直接影响。要实行创新教育没有一批创新型教师是不行的。本文从创新教育的实质入手,分析了理工科院校创新型教师应具有的素质结构,并探讨了培养创新型教师的途径。

Abstract:With the advent of the age of knowledge economy, the implementation of innovative education and the training of innovative personnel have become a dominant voice of the age. As producer and disseminator of knowledge of science and technology and participant of technological innovation, the institution of science and technology shoulders the responsibility of training innovative personnel who will play an important role in the economic and social development of the country. It will be difficult to achieve this objective without a group of innovative teaching faculty.
