| Abstract: | On the eve of the Anti-Japanese War, the government of the Republic of China held a negotiation with the Soviet Union and then signed"The Sino-Soviet Friendly Treaty of Alliance"and other four agreements: two Notes on Outer Mongolia,Agreement on the Rights and Interests in the Northeast and Agreement on the Soviet Army's Entrance into the Northeast.All these greatly affected the essential interests of the Chinese people and the postwar political situation in China. |
