| 摘 要： | 教育是人类文化的传承与创造,文化是教育的本性。教育和文化是一对孪生兄弟,两者相互依存,相互促进。在建设有中国特色的社会主义事业中,应充分发挥教育对文化的促进作用,以教育大发展推动文化大发展,实现教育和文化在社会转型时期的功能。
