| 摘 要： | “十一·五”时期，贵州省的旅游业取得了快速发展，在旅游总收入、客源市场、接待能力、从业人员规模和旅游品牌建设等方面取得了可喜成绩；但在旅游产业要素配置、旅游人才建设、旅游商品建设、旅游产品升级更新等方面仍然存在不足，成为制约全省旅游业实现转型升级的瓶颈和难题。基于此，文章从优化产业要素配置、加强旅游人才建设、建立多元投入机制和注重文化与旅游的结合等方面提出对策，破解长期制约我省旅游业发展的关键性问题，使旅游资源优势真正转化成产业优势和经济优势。 |

| Abstract: | In the period of eleven-five-year plan,the tourism industry in Guizhou procured rapid development and obtained a lot of achievements regarding earnings,tourist market,reception capacity,staff scale and construction of tourism brand;nonetheless,there still exist some deficiences in terms of allocation of tourism sources,construction of tourist talents and products and upgrade of tourism products,which become restrictions upon the shift or upgrade of the tourism industry in Guizhou.Therefore,the paper propounds some countermeasures against these weak points with a view to turning advantage of tourism source to industry advantage and economic advantage. |
