| 摘 要： | 在知识管理的背景下,高校图书馆应当如何有效地进行资源建设,这是当前各高校图书馆亟待解决的一项课题。高校数字图书馆建设的宗旨是为高校广大师生和图书馆员提供卓有成效的知识服务平台。民族地区高校图书馆地处边缘地区,建立数字图书馆面临着一定的挑战,但是也是可以积极作为的。
