我国师范院校英语口语教学的现状、问题及对策

外语教学的目标是培养学生的跨文化交际能力，而目前大学英语教学非但没有淡化应试教育的色彩，反而朝着“考研是目标，四、六级是关键，60分是硬道理”的方向发展，这显然与上述目标背道而驰。本文结合我国师范院校英语口语教学的现状，对英语口语教学中存在的问题及导致这些问题的原因进行了分析和研究，并从跨文化交际的角度，对解决问题的对策及教学实践进行了探讨。

A probe into the current problems of oral English teaching in normal universities and their solutions

The goal of TEFL is to develop the learner's cross-cultural competence, whereas, the CET at present tends to lay an emphasis on learners'performance in Band Four, Band Six and examinations for post graduate, which obviously goes against the above goal. The present paper surveys the current teaching of spoken English in normal universities. Meanwhile, some problems are identified and analyzed. Some solutions and strategies are also explored.
