| 摘 要： | 大学生回乡创业不仅是创造就业岗位,缓解就业压力的重要途径,而且是政府解决＂三农问题＂的有效政策补充,更是以人为本科学发展观在大学毕业生群体中的具体运用,如何扶持大学生回乡创业,对解决当前大学生就业和振兴农村经济具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在分析大学生回乡创业可行性与制约性因素的基础上,提出营造接纳、欢迎大学生回乡创业的人文环境,有效解决大学生回乡创业资金支持,鼓励农科专业的大学生回乡创业,建立完善的大学生回乡创业培训机制,成立回乡大学生创业协会等政府扶持大学生回乡创业的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The policy for undergraduates＇coming back to their hometowns to start entrepreneurship has two advantages,one is to create more employment,and the other is the complementary policy of the government＇s issues concerning agriculture,farmer and rural areas.But how can this policy be implemented in the reality without causing so many problems？ The paper analyzes the possibility and efficiency of undergraduates＇coming back to their hometowns to start entrepreneurship based on the constraining factors and the author also puts forward some suggestions. |
