高职院校师资队伍建设的现状分析与对策思考

如何加快高等职业技术院校的师资队伍建设，以确保教育质量，形成办学特色，从而更好地服务于经济建设，是当前高等职业教育改革与发展的紧迫任务。本文根据浙江省高等职业院校师资队伍的现状及存在的主要问题的分析，从人才引进、培训与培养、管理体制改革等方面进行了实证性的对策研究，提出了一些建设性措施。

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Construction of Teaching Staff and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Schools

It is the urgent task for the reform and development of higher vocational schools to speed up the construction of teaching staff so as to ensure the teaching quality,form the distinctive characteristics of running school and serve the economic construction.Based on discussing the current situation and main problems of teaching staff in higher vocational schools in Zhejiang province,the article makes researches on bringing in talents and their trainning,the reform of management system,and then puts forward some constructive measures.
