| 摘 要： | 女性性犯罪在某种程度上是全社会道德水平的标志。它是指女性侵害他人性权利或有伤风化或利用其色相、肉体等性诱惑手段所实施的情节严重、危害社会的行为。女性性犯罪在原因、特征、危害性等方面上都具有其独有的特点。

| Abstract: | To some cxtent,sexual crime committed by female is a sign of level of social morality.It refers to those behavior with circumstance causing seriously harm to society conducter by female by violating other's sexual right or means offensive to public moral or sexual enticement by using her appearance and body etc.Such erime has its unique characteristic in aspect of cause,feature and danger etc. |
