浅谈发动机冷却系统的优化

摘    要:发动机冷却系统是汽车的重要组成部分,其稳定运行对发动机的安全性、经济性有着重要影响。从冷却系统散热器的性能及影响因素、冷却风扇主要参数的计算及选型、风扇噪声的影响、冷却系统仿真等方面,分析发动机冷却系统,可知冷却系统轴流风扇的速度三角形和汽车外部的温度场、风速场的分布,并由此提出优化方案。

Abstract:The stable operation of the engine cooling system, which is the core part of automobiles, is of significant influence on security and economy of the engines. An analysis is conducted on the engine cooling system in terms of the performance of radiators in the engine cooling system, calculation about the key parameters of cooling fans, model selection, the fan noises and cooling system simulation, which exposes to us the distribution of axial fan speed triangle, auto Exterior temperature field and wind speed field, and accordingly contributes to optimization schemes.
