| 摘 要： | 瑞丽市教师队伍建设大致经历了奠基、发展和步入正轨三个阶段。目前教师队伍以师范院校毕业为主，并具有年轻化的优势。但总量仍不能满足教育发展的需要，教师队伍整体素质有待进一步提高，职业教育教师队伍建设亟待加强。而不断壮大教师队伍，加大职业教育教师队伍建设及在职教师再教育的力度是今后瑞丽市教育发展的重要任务。

| Abstract: | The construction of teaching body in the city of Rili has gong through three phases of founding, developing and stepping on the right track. At present, the majority of the teachers are graduates from teachers' colleges, with more and more young teachers. However, the total number of teachers still can hardly meet the local needs of educational development. The main tasks of developing education in the city of Rili should be: to greatly improve teacher's quality; increase the number of teachers of vocational education; strengthen the construction of teaching body and train teachers at their posts.
