| 摘 要： | 班主任工作应注重培养学生非智力品质,促进学生目标意识、法纪观念和人文意识的形成。增强学生的责任感、事业心、集体观,可通过优化工作环境,改善周边关系,提高工作效率等使学生获得能力、技能和知识的多赢。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the training of non-intelligence on high vocational students. The author points out that class discipline advisers should emphasize the fostering students' non-intellectual quality, and promoting the forming of their consciousness of aim, conception of law and discipline, and standpoints of humanity. Also their sense of responsibilities, enterprise and team spirits are to be reinforced. Only in this way, can students gain multi-win of ability, level and knowledge. By optimizing the working conditions and improving all-sided relationship, high efficiency will be achieved in this education. |
