| 摘 要： | 通过对北京市3所高校中的523位运动训练学专业大三、大四级本科生进行有关教学实习方面的问卷调查。调查目前教学实习对今后体育教育专业学生从事体育教育行业的影响。研究结果表明：实验组与对照组学生在教学实习开始阶段，对于教学实习对今后从事体育教学的态度并无差异；实习结束后，经过教学实习的学生对于工作态度明显比未教学实习的学生积极。通过SEM模型检验，显示出教学实习可以影响学生的预期职业满意感和从业意图之间的联系。这些结论证明实习经历影响着学生对体育教师行业的感性认识及从业意愿。
