Reflections on Several Problems of the Building of the Leaders of the Company Level in Military Academies

The key point of the building of the grass roots in military academies lies in the building of the company level, and the key point of the building of the company level lies in the building of the company leaders. The level of the comprehensive quality of the company leaders will directly affect the growth of the cadets and the implementation of the Strategic Project of Talents advanced by the Military Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. This paper, with the view of instructing the building of the grass roots in military academies, has analyzed some tendentious problems existing in the present building of the company leaders and put forward some feasible corresponding strategies.
