| Abstract: | Based on the onward direction of China's advanced culture of the Sixteenth National Congress Report, the article points out that developing libraries is one of the important parts of China's advanced characteristic culture's constructing . Encouraged by the Sixteenth National Congress, it also puts forward the main measures and strategies of libraries' developing in the new era. |
