新农村建设背景下的农村金融体制改革

现行农村金融体制制约着社会主义新农村建设,因此必须加快农村金融体制改革以适应社会主义新农村建设的需要。当前,农村金融体制改革重点要抓好五项工作:一是强化政策金融和商业银行对新农村建设的支持力度;二是深化农村信用社体制改革,发挥其主力军作用;三是加快培育和完善农村金融市场;四是积极引导民间金融组织健康发展,努力培养农村金融多元化主体;五是加强农村金融机构内部管理,增加业务品种,提高服务水平。

New Rural Financial System Reform in Rural Construction Setting

The rural financial system constraining new socialist rural construction,so we must speed up the rural financial system to meet the needs of building a new socialist rural.At present,the rural financial system reform to focus on five main areas:One is to strengthen the policy and commercial banks to finance new socialist rural construction support;Second,deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives,play its roles as the main force;Third,speed up and improve rural financial markets;Fourth,actively guide the healthy development of private financial institutions,to develop rural financial diversified subjects;Fifth,strengthen internal management of rural financial institutious to increase operational strains,and improve service levels.
