| Abstract: | This paper surveys the enterprise's integration incentive.First,in this paper it analyzes conception of enterprise's incentive mechanism.Secondly,the difference between the institution arrangements and incentive path is clarified.At last,it analyzes and generalizes the foundation of enterprise integration incentives for union of institution and incentives and the integration incentives of enterprises. |
