摘    要:本文就企业整体激励进行了全面的阐述,首先分析了企业激励机制的范畴,其次阐明了制度安排与激励途径,随后分析和概括了构建企业整体激励制度层面的三个方面。以期通过对制度与激励方案的结合,构建企业整体激励的制度层面。

Abstract:This paper surveys the enterprise's integration incentive.First,in this paper it analyzes conception of enterprise's incentive mechanism.Secondly,the difference between the institution arrangements and incentive path is clarified.At last,it analyzes and generalizes the foundation of enterprise integration incentives for union of institution and incentives and the integration incentives of enterprises.
