| 摘 要： | 1995年乌苏市实现“两基”目标后,加强教师队伍建设,在全市中小学教师中开展了为期五年的“两项工程”“三过关”达标活动。此项实践活动对适应新时期教育发展,建设具有现代教育思想,掌握现代信息技术,师德高尚的高素质教师队伍进行了有益的探索。
