浅谈钙离子的生物学效应

钙是组成人体的重要元素.体内的钙一般以C a2+的形式存在,99%的钙存在于骨骼里,其余分布于细胞内、外液中.生理情况下,细胞内、外液C a2+浓度差1000倍以上.钙的主动转运通过“钙泵”完成,被动内流则依赖于钙通道被激活.胞浆C a2+增多,发挥多种生物学效应.

Ca2+ is a important element.It occured as Ca2+ in the body ordinarily,the majority about 99 perent of it in the bone and other winthin or without cell fluid. In biophysiologic cond it ion,there is a difference of 1000 time within and without. Its positive transportation is completed by means of Ca2+-pump, but meanwhile flowing into cell fluid passively depended up activated Ca2+-channel working. High lever Ca2+ concentration is playing a great role or biologic effect.
