基于《机械CAD》课程的嵌入式电气绘图教学实践

摘    要:围绕企业岗位技能需求,分析高职高专院校在机电设备维修与管理专业CAD绘图教学中存在的问题,分析简化"电气CAD"课程的内容;基于"机械CAD"课程,以块功能为节点嵌入式讲授绘制机械电气图知识并即教即练.实践表明:学生仅用8课时就学会了绘制机械电气图的技能,提高了教学效率,满足了企业工作要求.

Abstract:Based on the demand of professional skill, this paper analyzed the existing problems in CAD teaching practice in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management in higher vocational college. The content of "electrical CAD" course diagram of mechanical was taught and practiced by was analyzed and simplified. The skill of drawing electrical embedded teaching method with function modules as the nodes .The results showed that students can learn the skill of drawing electrical diagram of mechanical by spending only 8 teaching hours. The teaching efficiency was greatly improved and the demand for job skills in enterprises was also met.
