同课异构模式及其在中学语文教学中的运用

摘    要:开展同课异构活动是提高教研活动、促进教师专业发展、提高教学质量的有效途径。同课异构模式作为一种相对较新的教育教学手段对于教师专业化发展具有较大的推动作用。结合教学实践,对于同课异构模式在促进教师专业发展的策略与提高中学语文课堂教学效果等方面进行了相应研究。

Abstract:Constructing the heterogeneous teaching model and Carrying out the heterogeneous teaching activity is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research,promote the professional development of teachers and improve the teaching quality. Through analyzing the study of heterogeneous teaching model implemented by Duyun No. 3 Middle School and the consideration of specific teaching activities,this paper explores the positive and effective ways to improve the teaching quality,teaching effectiveness and teachers' abilities.
