摘    要:良好的家庭教育是学校教育取得良好效果的前提和基础,家长和教师在学生的成长发展过程中都承担着重要角色,教师与家长建立良好关系是提高学校教育质量的重要途径。本分析了当前教师与家长关系中存在的问题,阐释了法律法规对教师、家长关系的规范,提出了建立和谐的教师、家长关系的五条途径。

Abstract:The home-based education is a premise and the foundation that school education could obtain the good result. Both the parents and the teachers play the important role during the growth and the development of the students. So it is the important way to improve the education quality to construct the good relations between the parents and the teachers. The thesis analyzes the problem of the current relations between the parents and the teachers, tries to clarify the function of the law to relations between the teachers and the parents, and brings forward the five measurements to establish harmonious relations between the parents and the teachers.
