| 摘 要： | 提出了电火花线切割加工中断丝这一常见而严重的问题，按照机床加工的三大要素对断丝现象进行了较详细地归类分析，指出了各种情况下的断丝原因，并对之从机床和工艺方面给出了各自行之有效的预防及解决方法。
