试论管理哲学在我国的研究与发展

哲学是一门非常古老的学问,而管理哲学却是一门年轻的学科.管理哲学是管理学界和哲学界共同关注的一个研究领域.管理实践的发展需要管理哲学的产生,管理哲学是管理理论发展的必然结果,兼有管理学和哲学的双重内涵.利用文献计量方法梳理管理哲学研究发展的现状与趋势,借鉴科学学的研究方法探索管理哲学的发展与成熟的基础,形成相对统一的管理哲学分类.促进其良性发展.

Discussion on the Research and Development of Management Philosophy in China

Although philosophy is one of the oldest subjects, management philosophy is a relative new subject, and also a brand-new field waiting to be investigated into. Management philosophy is a research focus hotly discussed by the field experts of management and philosophy. The development of management practice depends on management philosophy. Management philosophy is the inevitable outcome of the management theory development. It has the double meanings of management and philosophy. By applying bibliometrics methods, we make a research on present situation and development tendency of management philosophy. With the method of studies in science of science,we also explore its foundation of development and maturity. Unified subject classification of management philosophy will promote its development in China.
