| 摘 要： | ＂中部崛起＂对湖南的研究生教育提出了诸多挑战与新要求。湖南的研究生教育应顺应社会经济发展需求变化,重构研究生教育的目标体系;弘扬＂敢为天下先＂的湖湘精神,突出创新创业能力的培养;多方筹措办学经费,引入风险投资机制;建立一支开放性的师资队伍,提升导师队伍的专业化水平;并大力加强国际合作与交流。

| Abstract: | The rising of the central region needs to change the postgraduate educational goal to meet the social demands;encourage the postgraduates to innovate and start an undertaking;establish a venture capital mechanism and raise school-running funds through all channels;establish an open teacher team and improve the teachers＇ level;promote international communication and cooperation. |
