对大学生运动损伤特点的研究

以浙江省内四十所高校中的1 000名大学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和实验法,旨在探讨大学生的运动损伤规律,为大学生预防运动损伤提供参考依据。结果发现①在损伤的病例中,小伤较多,严重损伤较少;慢性损伤较多,急性损伤较少。②身体素质得分中间段的学生在运动中损伤频率较高,而得分高和得分较低的人却较少。③损伤次数具有明显的专业和性别差异,体育专业的损伤次数明显高于非体育专业的学生,男生明显高于女生,且和锻炼的次数有关。④大学生损伤具有明显的季节特点,夏季和冬季损伤的人多,春秋损伤的人数少。⑤在损伤的学生中,一年级学生受伤的比其它年级多。⑥身体各部位发生损伤的概率来看,膝关节的概率最大,其次是踝关节和腕关节等。

Study on Sports Injures of College Students

This study investigated undergraduate sports damnification rule.It can provide reference to undergraduate of sport damnification.The study is adopted investigate means and experimentation means,one thousand undergraduate is acted as the study object of thirty university in zhe jiang province.Result: 1.in case history,little wound occupy mass,severe wound occupy less,thronic traumatic mass,acute traumatic less.2.physical quality score in middle students damage higher in sports,high score and low score students damnify less.3.damnify frequency is obvious speciality and sex difference,physical speciality damnify higher non physical speciality,schoolboys is higher schoolgirls.4.damnification have obvious season characteristic,summer and winter damnify mass,spring and autumn damnify less.5.in characteristic undergraduate,frosh damnify higher other grade.6.knee jiont damnify probability the first,next anklebone and wrist eta in body place damnification rate.
