| 摘 要： | 据调查统计,我市未成年人犯罪在近几年一直呈明显上升趋势.通过对个案的追踪调查不难发现,未成年人犯罪除了其自身的原因外,更多来自家庭、学校、社会不良因素的影响.消除不良因素,是有效地减少未成年人案件发生的有效途径.

| Abstract: | The under-age crimes have evidently been increasing in our city according to investigation and statistics. We can find various reasons caused by families, schools and unhealthy factors in society as well as themselves through following the trail of the single case. therefore, the effective way of reducing the under-age crimes is to dispel these unhealthy fac-tors. |
