行政法学几个理论问题的研究

本文对行政法学几个老生常谈的理论问题进行再思索，试图指出传统的几个理论观点所存在的问题，如行政法的独立性问题、行政法的理论基础问题、行政法的基本原则问题，并以这三个问题为出发点，对行政法学界的一些学术趋势提出相应的意见，即对行政法学的理论研究与现实脱节的问题展开讨论，希望能够引起相应的回应。

In this article , the author rethinks some platitudinous theories of Administrative Jurisprudence and tries to point out the existential problem in several traditional theoretical viewpoints , such as the Independence of Administrative Law , the Basis of theories of Administrative Law and the Basic Principles of Administrative Law . And basing on these problems , the author give his corresponding opinions to some academic trends in the field of Administrative Jurisprudence , that is to discuss the disjunction of the theoretical research and the reality , and hoping for arousing the corresponding response.
