| 摘 要： | 刘永福作为中国近现代史上著名的民族英雄,其位于钦州的故居--三宣堂,浓缩了他一生反清抗外守土爱民的业绩,具有重要的历史价值和文化内涵.三宣堂不仅是钦州城市的灵魂和荣光,更是开发文化产品、开发旅游项目的潜在资源,目前其在保护与开发中存在不少问题.从建立刘永福生平展览馆、加强宣传营销力度、加强周边旅游景点的联合开发、积极筹集开发资金等方面对其进行保护性旅游开发,使这一举世闻名的文化遗产得到更好的保护与利用.
