| 摘 要： | 高校管理干部在高校改革与发展中发挥着重要的作用，他们的素质问题事关教育事业的兴衰成败。章从六个方面论述了高校管理干部的基本素质，即良好的思想政治素质、合理完备的知识素质、出色的能力素质、高尚的道德素质、健全的心理素质和健康的身体素质。
