目的论视域下外交场合中国特色词汇的口译探究

文章在分析中国领导人讲话语料的基础上,探讨目的论指导下外交场合中国特色词汇口译的原则、存在的问题及其相应的对策,认为:目的论为口译提供了有效的理论依据和实践指导,在目的论指导下,译员应在注重"三着眼""三贴近"的基础上,坚持准确性、灵活性和文化性三大具体原则,并采用音译加诠释、直译加解释、词缀法、词汇合成法、解释性翻译等策略,从而更好地发挥外事口译的交际桥梁作用。

A Study on the Interpretation of Words with Chinese Characteristics in Foreign Affairs Viewed from the Skopos Theory

Words with Chinese characteristics contain deep culture connotation and distinctive features of the times , and present China＇s national condition and traditional culture .Combined with the corpus analysis of the Chinese Leaders＇Speech, under the guidance of the Skopos theory , the paper studies the principles , problems as well as measures in the interpretation of words with Chinese character -istics in foreign affairs .Therefore , when dealing with these special words , interpreters must stick to the general principles of ＂Three Focuses＂and＂Three Relevances＂as well as three concrete principles such as accuracy , flexibility and culture , employ the appropriate interpretation strategies such as transliteration plus annotation , literal translation plus explanation , affixation, vocabulary synthesis and explanatory translation , making interpretation adequately develop its bridge bond action in foreign affairs .
