摘    要:在高等教育阶段对学生多元智能的开发是一项极其重要的课题。基于多元智能理论的学生管理模式采用"教师引导学生座谈"的方式,发现中外合作办学项目学生的性格特点和智能特点,能更好地帮助学生全面认识自我,迁移优势智能,做好人生规划。

Abstract:The implementing of Multiple Intelligences Theory in higher education phase is a magnificent task.On the basis of the theory,the student management studied adopts the informal discussion by developing teacher’s organizing ability and encouraging students’ initiatives in order to find their characteristics in personality and advantages in intelligence.Through the self-recognition,students are able to transfer their advantages in intelligence and life planning.
