| 摘 要： | 在多民族的国家建设社会主义法制,必须注重研究少数民族心理与国家法律制度的对接与转化。本着重研究云南景颇族心理素质,探索其与我国法律协调发展的道路,提出要制定适合景颇族地区的法律调整机制与重视法律在景颇族心理素质,探索其与我国法律协调发展的道路,提出要制定适合景颇族地区屿重视法律在景颇族地区普及的努力方向。

| Abstract: | In order to construct the socialist law system in the multiple nationalities country, research must be done on the contact and transformation between the psychology of minority nationalities and the law system. This paper is a research mainly on the psychological diathesis of Jingpo nationality in Yunnan, investigating the way in which the psychological diathesis and the law can develop harmoneously. It also calls for the formation of a law system adapted to Jingpo nationality and emphasises the orientation of disseminating the law in the district of Jingpo nationality. |
