| Abstract: | The author discusses the connotation of morality for postgraduates' supervisors, and analyzes some existing problems. The author also gives some counter-measures for the construction of the supervisors' morality, such as leaders' concern, improving self-consciousness, self-instruction, and building and consummating the mechanism of supervisors' morality. |
