| 摘 要： | 从研究生的招生录取、课程学习、学位论文撰写三个方面,阐述了加强对研究生招生和培养工作的管理所具有的重要意义及具体操作要求,指出研究生的招生和培养工作离不开教育管理,行之有效的管理工作对保证研究生的生源质量和培养质量有着十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In order to regulate the work of enrollment and education of graduates scientificly,this paper presents the important significance and detailed requirements of the enhancing of the enrollment and education affairs of graduates through analysis over the aspects of enrollment,curriculum and dissertation.Meanwhile,it suggests that the educational management shall not be derived of the graduates enrollment and education affairs,thus the effective management is claimed to ensure a high-profile influence on the improvement of graduates' enrollment and education quality. |
