本科学生汉英误译的成因及对策

摘    要:根据英语翻译教学经验,学生汉英翻译误差的原因主要包括背景知识缺乏、原文理解错误、译文表达错误和文化差异障碍四个方面。教师在翻译教学中,应针对学生汉英误译的成因,对教学活动过程实施全面监控,让学生不断吸收和丰富各领域的知识,重视基础知识的学习,提高外语和母语语言的基本修养,努力培养学生的跨文化意识,以避免或减少学生在汉英翻译中产生的误差。

Abstract:In the course of translation certain errors are often committed by major students, the causes for which include lack of background knowledge, misunderstanding of the SL text, wrong expressions in the TL text and cultural barriers. Hence in the teaching process, the teacher should take effective countermeasures against them by giving control to the whole teaching process in order to help students widen their range of knowledge, focus on basic theories, improve both their English and Chinese language skills and cultivate their cross cultural sense so as to solve the problem.
