| 摘 要： | 消费信贷现在很热门 ,但其发展并不顺利 ,这与我国目前尚未建立个人信用制度直接有关。本文在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上提出要建立我国的个人信用制度 ,并就如何建立提出了初步的设想。

| Abstract: | Consumer credit is now talked about everywhere in China,but it has not been developing smoothly.This phenomenon is in direct connection with our failure in founding an individual credit system.According to successful experience in foreign countries,the author thinks that our country should construct an individual credit system,and he also puts forward some preliminary ideas. |
