| 摘 要： | 申论的写作不同于一般的议论或给材料作。在申论的写作中。首先要把握好写作的角色定位；其次提出方案要合理，要有针对性、可操作性和逻辑性；最后在论证时通过对章标题的拟定、开头结尾的设计、本论的安排，使章思路清晰、布局得当。

| Abstract: | It is different from writing a common argumentative essay or composition provided with materials to write an expositive thesis . In writing an expoesitive thesis , it is essential to put the author in a proper position, set forth a sound and workable plan with a clear aim and logicality. In argumentation, it is imperative to have a clear train of thought and appropriate composition in the article with the help of selecting a title for the article , designing the beginning and end of the article and presenting the author's arguments. |
