| 摘 要： | 《伊尼法典》时期构成了英国社会由野蛮到文明、由无阶级社会到阶级社会过渡的重要一环，法典较真实地反映了公元6世纪末至英吉利王国统一期间的社会概括。通过对《伊尼法典》的研究，既可以明晰这一时期盎格鲁—撒克逊人农村公社的发展水平以及向阶级社会过渡的情况，同时又可以使我们进一步了解马克思、恩格斯关于农村公社问题论断的科学性。

| Abstract: | The research of The Laws oflne is still blank in our country. But the period about The Laws oflne is the important phase of English society that developed from barbarism to civilization and from non-class society to class society. It truly reflected the social status from the late sixth century to the unitive period of English kingdom. Through the researching of The Laws of Ine, we can understand the developmental status about the country commune of Anglo-Saxon in this period, and know the situation of transition from non-class to Class society. At the same time, it testified the scientific conclusions of Marx and Engels on the country commune. |
