粗糙集理论在情报分析指标权重确定中的应用

情报分析中经常会遇到多指标综合评价问题,其中指标权重确定是关键。现有的主观赋值法因过度依赖专家经验而缺乏客观性,一些客观赋值法虽以客观数据分析为基础,但其结果解释性较差。文章引入一种基于粗糙集理论的权重确定方法。该方法不需要任何先验信息,即可完成权重计算,可使情报分析结果更加客观、有效。最后以我国企业海外并购风险评价为例阐释其应用。

Application of the Theory of Rough Set in Intelligence Analysis for Index Weight Determination

Multiple-index Comprehensive Evaluation is often met in intelligence analysis,among which,how to determine the index weight is the key.The present subjective assignment method lacks objectivity as a result of its over-dependence on expert experience.Although some objective assignment methods base themselves on objective data analysis,their results are too poor to interpret.This paper introduces a weight determination method based on the theory of rough set.The method does not require any priori information in the process of weight calculation.It makes intelligence analysis results more objective and effective.Finally,the paper uses the Overseas M & A risk assessment of Chinese enterprises for example to explain its application.
