高校新生适应问题及辅导策略

大学新生适应问题是高校学生工作的热点之一。文章从大学新生适应特点入手，分析了大学新生在生活环境、学习环境、人际交往和经济压力等方面存在的诸多问题，提出“三个一策略”，即创设一个“以团体辅导为主，个体辅导为辅的多层辅导体系”；构建一个“由班主任、辅导员和朋辈组成的社会支持网络”;搭建一个“人际交往平台”，以培养和提高大学新生适应能力。

A Study on Freshmen Adaptation and the Counseling Strategies
