摘    要:笔者采用文献资料法、专家咨询法和AHP法对实施素质教育途径诸多因素进行分析研究 ,计算出各层次中各项因素对系统的权重。研究表明 ,权重最大的第一课堂仍是实施素质教育的主体 ,并加强体育专业课的第一课堂主渠道作用 ,而其它因素起着不可或缺的作用 ,在实施素质教育的综合评估中 ,合理解决各项因素的权重分配问题提供一种比较理想的计算理论依据 ,并在体育院校素质教育评估中具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Quality Education By using the methods of literature data,consultation on expert and AHP in this article it has been analyzed many factors of having effect on quality education,calculated proportional contribution of each factor. Approach of the classroom teaching which is of the great proportional contribution has still been the main part in the course of quality education. And reinforcing special subject teaching has been of the vital importance, while the other factors is also dispensable. We propose a relative reasonable calculation theory on factors to solve the proportional contribution of every factor in composite proportional contribution analysis. Stud result can be referred to during the evaluation of quality education in P. E. academy.
